I've spent ten years in software implementation, managing complex projects for utility companies. I know how to build workflows, manage timelines, and what happens when follow-up falls apart. Spoiler: everything breaks.

At the same time, I run a network marketing business — virtual parties, host coaching, recruiting, the whole thing. I live in a tiny town in Arkansas (population 142), work from home, and know firsthand that building a DSR business on top of everything else is a lot.

There's no team to hand things off to. There's no assistant scheduling follow-ups. It's just me, my phone, and a never-ending mental list of people I keep meaning to get back to.

I kept losing track of who to follow up with. Sticky notes on my desk. Searching back through DM conversations. Running mental lists while I was supposed to be doing something else. None of it worked consistently.

I tried Zoho CRM. It was too complex, too expensive, and not built for how direct sellers actually work. I didn't need a sales pipeline for enterprise accounts. I needed something to tell me who to message today — and what to say.
