By creating a Quelist account or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Quelist is a SaaS product that helps direct sales consultants manage follow-ups and generate AI-powered messages. The service is provided "as is" and may change over time.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Quelist only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service to send spam, harass others, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
5. AI-Generated Content
Quelist uses AI to suggest messages. You are solely responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to send any AI-generated content. Quelist is not liable for outcomes resulting from messages you choose to send.
6. Free Beta
During the beta period, Quelist is free to use. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans in the future. We will provide advance notice before charging existing users.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@quelist.app.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quelist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
